Brief: Develop an interactive, family-friendly campaign across three Haben Properties shopping centres to attract families and increase dwell time during the April school holidays. The activation should feature engaging activities that change during the second week to encourage repeat visitation and sustain excitement throughout the holiday period.

Response: The April School Holiday Campaign featured two interactive activities designed to draw families and enhance engagement across the three shopping centres:

  • Jungle Run: A jungle-themed mini obstacle course where kids navigated challenges such as crawling through rope tunnels, balancing on beams, and solving puzzles. This activity, scheduled during the first week of the holidays, encouraged physical activity and exploration.

  • Little Growers: A hands-on seed-planting workshop where kids decorated pots, planted seeds, and learned about nature. This creative, calming activity in the second week offered a fresh, educational experience that attracted families back to the centres.

An overarching set design was developed to maximize the campaign's budget. The jungle-themed setup served as a versatile backdrop for the Jungle Run in Week 1 and was seamlessly adapted into a nature-inspired environment for the Little Growers activity in Week 2. This approach maintained a high-quality visual experience while reducing costs associated with set materials and production.

Logistical complexities related to the set changeover between activities were carefully managed, ensuring transitions were completed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to the centres.
